Bathroom essentials for your nightly rental

Towels are very important to guests. Make sure you provide at least two per guest and have a supply of makeup remover wash cloths and regular wash cloths available. Avoid using white as stains and use will show very quickly and bleach will be necessary to keep them looking bright. Blues and grays are wonderful neutral colors to use throughout your nightly rental. We keep two sets on hand to make same day turnovers a breeze.

A makeup mirror is a must! Guests will appreciate the extra touches you provide. This will help with your reviews and keep people coming back to your place. 

You can choose to provide individual shampoos and conditioners such as found in a hotel, or provide full size amenities which are disinfected between guests and refilled. 

Pump soaps are the way to go for the kitchen and bathrooms, they are easy to refill and you can avoid mess and waste when using these versus small individual bar soaps. 

Consider providing a few extras to your guests that will make your place stand out - even if guests don't need or use them, they will appreciate the thought. These extras will go a long way toward making your guests have a 5 Star stay.

Make sure you provide a hair dryer for each bathroom. We prefer not to mount them on the wall soguests aren't tied to one small area in the bathroom. 

These bath mats are washable and can be bleached. we recommend 2 sets per bathroom so that you can wash between guests for a quick and easy turnover. 

Bath rugs soften the room's hard floors and give your guests a comfortable feeling and warm up the hard spaces of a bathroom. Don't confuse these with bath mats which are used to soak up water when the guest exits the shower or tub. 

For a high-end look and a very economical price use refillable bottles for guest shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. You can purchase bulk refills and present a spa like experience to your guests through your amenities. 

A robe is an inexpensive but well-valued extra to provide to your guests. Make sure you purchase two sets so they can be laundered between guests. Its the small details that make you stand out as a host.
